When ordering any product, you need to make sure that your address is complete and correct.
Payment and order confirmation
- You have to ensure proper selection of the product while ordering the product.
- After confirming the order, 40% of the total value of the product has to be paid in advance. And the remaining 60% has to be paid after the delivery of the product.After order confirmation will have an invoice attached via email or manual cash memo.
Delivery
- Delivery charge depends on package, location, and weight of the product.
- Clients need to pay additional charges for argent deliveries.
- Product will be delivered within 3 days of order confirmation.
Return policy
- If any of your ordered products is broken or damaged during Delivery, you will be re-delivered your ordered product.
- If FarmsHouse BD delivers another package or product instead of your ordered package or product, then you will be given your ordered package or product delivery again. In that case the second delivery charge will be borne by Farms House BD.
- Farms House BD will refund your ordered product. In that case, the condition of the product must be original and the buyer has to make extra payment.
